Materials And Fabrication Scope

Project Workflow

  2. Confirm material direction, terminar, structure, base and installation requirements.
  3. Prepare quotation, production method and schedule for approval.
  4. Fabricate the internal structure and sculpture surface in the workshop.
  5. Soldagem de controle, lixar, polishing, painting or coating quality during production.
  6. Inspect the finished surface, structure, packing and export loading condition.

For custom sculpture fabrication, quality control must connect structure, surface and packing. We review mirror line control, welding deformation, surface inspection, outdoor durability, base stability and export packing protection according to the project type.

Export Packing

Large sculpture projects may require foam protection, wooden cases, iron frames, section packing and installation sequence notes. Packing is planned around surface sensitivity, sculpture size, loading method and destination country.
