Reflection is engineered through every stage.

Made from your design
We fabricate mirror stainless steel sculptures for artists, designers and project teams, turning drawings and 3D models into finished work. The form may be a precise disc, a flowing ribbon, an animal or a large architectural feature. We work through the shape, surface and support together so the finished sculpture carries your design into its setting.
Our focus is a reflection that flows continuously along the form. A curved mirror should carry reflected lines smoothly across its surface, without a broken, mosaic-like appearance or unwanted waves. We build that quality through forming, full welding, progressive polishing and a careful inspection of every curve before packing.

What a good mirror finish looks like
A strong mirror finish gives the whole sculpture a clear visual rhythm. As you move around a curved work, reflected lines should continue across the changing profile. Dents, abrupt breaks and visible welded seams interrupt that movement. We polish mirror surfaces to 8K or higher, then look along the curves to check how the reflection actually travels.
Brightness alone is not the full test. A surface can catch plenty of light while still showing uneven form beneath it. We inspect the relationship between the shape and its reflection, including transitions around edges, openings and changes in direction. Every seam is fully welded and polished until it disappears into the surface.
Before packing, every mirror surface is checked by eye along its curves: reflections must run smoothly and continuously. For your brief, tell us where people will stand and which sides of the work they will see. That helps us discuss the shape, finish sample and installation together.
For an existing work needing surface care, see our mirror stainless steel scratch assessment and polishing guide. To assess reflection quality before approval, read our guide to judging mirror polish on stainless steel sculpture.

Material choice
316L as our standard
Our standard for mirror-polished work is 316L, indoors and outdoors. We choose it for corrosion resistance and for keeping the mirror finish looking good over time. A reflective sculpture puts its surface at the centre of the experience, so we start with a material suited to that role.
Much of the work in a custom mirror sculpture is in forming, 溶接, grinding and polishing. The material price difference is modest alongside that labour, which is why 316L is our starting point rather than an upgrade reserved only for outdoor commissions.
304 is available on request for budget-sensitive projects. If you prefer 304, include that in your inquiry so we can discuss it with the intended location and finish. We keep the material choice clear in the project brief and review it alongside the visual requirements.
For a garden, plaza or landscape setting, our outdoor sculpture collection offers references for scale, access and placement.
Fabrication workflow
From drawing to finished sculpture
Develop the design
We develop your 2D drawings into a 3D model, or split your 3D model into fabrication parts. This connects the visible form to the way it will be made. Overall dimensions, curved transitions, openings, seams and support interfaces are considered together before fabrication begins.
Form and fully weld
We form the parts to the developed geometry and fully weld every seam; we do not use spot welds as the finished joint. The welding and surface preparation must work with the shape so the eventual reflection continues through the joined areas.
Polish progressively
We grind and polish in stages to reach 8K or higher. The work follows the curves rather than treating the sculpture as a set of unrelated flat panels. Welded areas are finished into the surrounding surface so the seam disappears and the overall form reads as one continuous piece.
Agree samples and inspect
Scale samples, or maquettes, are available on request and are charged. Finish samples are also available on request and are approved before production. Before packing, we inspect every mirror surface by eye along its curves, checking that reflections run smoothly and continuously.

01 Geometry
1. Plates are cut into panels developed from the 3D model.

02 Weld control
2. Panels are formed and fully welded, never spot-welded.

03 Seam finishing
3. Weld seams are ground flush with the surface.

04 研磨
4. Staged polishing to 8K or better, then every surface is checked in reflection.

Finishes
We offer mirror-polished, brushed and sandblasted surfaces. Mirror polishing brings the surroundings into the sculpture; brushed and sandblasted finishes give a different surface character. Tell us which parts of the form should be reflective and where you want a contrasting texture.
Gold, rose gold and colours are applied by titanium (PVD) コーティング, which gives richer colour than spray coating. For coloured mirror work, we prefer this route so the colour and reflective finish can be considered together.
Compare mirror, brushed and sandblasted sculpture finishes to choose the reflection, texture and colour for your project.
Use a finish sample to agree the visual direction before production. If the sculpture belongs in an interior with strong lighting or coloured surroundings, include those details in your brief. A finish decision is easier to make when the shape, room and intended viewing positions are considered together.

From object to landmark
Size and scale
Our work ranges from tabletop pieces to landmark sculptures over 30 metres long, with large works weighing several tonnes. The design process follows the scale: a small object invites close inspection, while a landmark must also work as a clear silhouette from a distance.
Send the intended height, width and depth with your drawing or model. For large work, include site access, the available installation area and any restrictions on transport or lifting. We review the visible shape alongside the sections, base and connections needed to bring it to the site.
For figurative commissions, explore our animal sculpture collection for examples of how pose, openwork and reflection change with the form.

Production planning
Lead times
Typical production time is about 30 days for pieces up to 3 m, and 45–60 days for larger works, confirmed per project.
When you send your inquiry, include the required installation date as well as the size and finish. We can then review the production sequence, sample approvals, packing and transport together. Production time and the journey to your site are separate parts of the schedule; your project proposal should make both clear.
Protecting the finished surface
パッキング, shipping and installation
We use wooden crates and plan the packing around the finished shape. For large works, we split the sculpture into sections where possible. When it needs to travel whole, we use a welded steel frame. The packing approach follows the form, its support points and the handling route.
A mirror surface needs care through loading, transport and unpacking. We review surface protection and contact points alongside the crate or frame, keeping the finished face in mind when planning supports and restraints.
We provide installation guidance, or an on-site installation team depending on the project and country. Share the location, access route, foundation or mounting arrangement and available lifting conditions early. These details help us agree what the workshop supplies and how the receiving team will handle the work.
For a large commission, discuss sectional delivery and assembly while the design is being developed. That gives the sculpture, its packing and its site connections a coordinated plan before the finished mirror surface is ready.

Review reflection lines, visible joints, local distortion, scratches, dents and overall geometry under suitable light.
For an existing surface, review our mirror stainless steel scratch assessment and polishing guide before planning refinishing.

Each part is wrapped, fixed in place and crated before shipping.

Buyer questions
Frequently asked questions
Can you fabricate from my 3D model or drawings?
はい. We develop your 2D drawings into a 3D model, or split your 3D model into fabrication parts. Send the model or drawings together with the target dimensions, finish and installation location so we can review the design as a complete commission.
Do you use 304 または 316 ステンレス鋼?
Our standard for mirror-polished work is 316L, indoors and outdoors. We choose it for corrosion resistance and long-term mirror appearance. 304 is available on request for budget-sensitive projects; tell us your preference when you send the brief.
How do you make the welds disappear?
Every seam is fully welded, with no spot welds, then ground and polished into the surrounding surface. We polish to 8K or higher and check the reflection along the curves before packing, so the seam does not interrupt the finished form.
Can you make a gold mirror finish?
はい. Gold, rose gold and colours are applied by titanium (PVD) コーティング, which gives richer colour than spray coating. We prefer PVD for coloured mirror work. Finish samples are available on request and are approved before production.
How long does production take?
