Fabrication Workflow and Production Process

1. Revisar dibujos, 3archivos D, imágenes de referencia, tamaño objetivo, site conditions and schedule.
2. Confirm geometry, material, surface sample, structure, fixing method and transport split.
3. Develop fabrication drawings and internal reinforcement before cutting and forming.
4. Form and weld the stainless steel while controlling heat, alignment and deformation.
5. Grind, sand and finish the surface against the approved visual sample.
6. Trial assemble the sculpture and inspect dimensions, estabilidad, joints and visible surfaces.
7. Protect the completed work and prepare numbered packing and installation references.

Inspection focuses on branch geometry, welded-joint blending, organic transition control, structural stability, support-point accuracy, surface consistency and installation tolerances. Visual standards and acceptable fabrication tolerances are agreed before final production.

Packing and Installation

Finished surfaces receive non-abrasive protection and shaped foam at projecting areas. Large works can use reinforced wooden cases or steel transport frames, with numbered modules, connection details and installation references.
