Fabrication Workflow

1. Revisar dibujos, 3archivos D, imágenes de referencia, dimensions and the project location.
2. Confirm geometry, finish sample, internal structure, base and installation method.
3. Develop forming templates and the concealed stainless steel support system.
4. Forma, weld and grind the stainless steel while controlling heat deformation.
5. Trial assemble the complete sculpture before the approved finish is applied.
6. Inspect dimensions, edges, surface consistency, stability and installation interfaces.
7. Protect the finished surfaces and prepare numbered packing and installation references.

Control de calidad

Quality review focuses on branch geometry, leaf attachment, weld finishing, coating consistency, concealed structure, base stability and modular installation tolerances. Visual tolerances, finish samples and the inspection viewing distance should be agreed before final production.

Packing and Installation

Finished faces receive non-abrasive wrapping and shaped foam protection. Large works can use reinforced wooden cases or steel transport frames. Base plates, lifting points, numbered connections and installation references are coordinated before packing.
