Fabrication Workflow

2. Confirm leaf geometry, finish sample, structure, base and installation method.
3. Develop forming templates and the concealed stainless steel support system.
4. Formulaire, weld and grind the stainless steel while controlling heat deformation.
5. Prepare the surface and apply the approved green patina-effect and bronze-tone finish.
6. Trial assemble and inspect dimensions, edges, finish consistency and stability.
7. Protect the finished surfaces and prepare numbered packing and installation references.

Contrôle de qualité

Quality review focuses on leaf curvature, edge transitions, finish consistency, concealed structure, base stability, drainage and installation tolerances. Color and texture are checked against an approved sample because handcrafted patina-effect finishes naturally show controlled variation.

Packing and Installation

Finished faces receive non-abrasive wrapping and shaped foam protection. Large works can use reinforced wooden cases or steel transport frames. Base plates, lifting points, numbered connections and installation references are coordinated before packing.

Can the leaf form and dimensions be customized?

Oui. We can review an artist drawing, 3D file or reference image and adapt the geometry, scale, base and installation interface to the site.

Is the green surface real copper patina?

This example uses a project-specific green patina-effect finish over a fabricated metal form. The final material and coating system are confirmed in the quotation and finish sample.

Can it be made for outdoor use?

Oui. Stainless steel grade, coating system, drainage, structure and anchors are selected after the climate and exposure conditions are confirmed.

What files are needed for a quotation?
