Material Confirmation

The photographs confirm a chrome-finish visual result but do not independently verify the substrate. Substrate, coating system and durability standard are confirmed from the required size, poids, location and maintenance conditions.

Processus de production

3. Develop the 3D model, mold or fabrication templates required for the approved geometry.
4. Fabricate the body and concealed support while checking dimensions and balance.
5. Complete joint finishing, ponçage, polishing, painting or coating for the approved surface.
6. Trial assemble and inspect the finished object, base and installation interfaces.
7. Protect finished faces and prepare numbered packing and installation references.

Quality review focuses on form continuity, reflection consistency, seam control, edge finishing, concealed support and protection of the reflective surface. Final tolerances and the inspection viewing distance should be agreed before production.

Packing and Shipping

Finished surfaces receive non-abrasive wrapping and shaped foam protection. Depending on dimensions and fragility, export packing can use a reinforced wooden case or steel transport frame, with lifting, module and installation references.

Can the sculpture be customized?

What files are needed for a quotation?

Please send reference images or drawings, target dimensions, project location, finish expectations, installation conditions and required delivery date.

How is the final material selected?

Material is selected after reviewing scale, poids, indoor or outdoor exposure, fire-performance, surface, maintenance and budget requirements. We do not infer a final specification from a photograph alone.

Can it be made for outdoor use?

Outdoor use can be reviewed, but the substrate, revêtement, drainage, structure and anchors must be specified for the actual climate and site exposure.

What is the MOQ?

One project piece can be reviewed. For repeated display programs, quantité, molds, finish consistency and packing are planned as part of the quotation.

How is a large display sculpture packed?

We use soft surface protection, shaped foam and a reinforced export case or steel frame selected for the final dimensions and shipping route.
