Fabrication and Quality Review
Drawings and dimensions are reviewed before forming the shell and internal support. Schweißsequenz, heat control, grinding and polishing are coordinated to control roundness, opening geometry, visible seams and reflection continuity. The finished sculpture is inspected under suitable light before packing.
Packing and Installation
Mirror surfaces are protected with removable film, soft interlayers and shaped foam. The final dimensions, center of gravity, lifting points and installation access determine whether the sculpture uses a reinforced wooden case or transport frame.

Should the sculpture use 304 oder 316 Edelstahl?
The grade is selected from the actual site, Belichtung, maintenance and finish requirements. Coastal or aggressive outdoor conditions normally require a separate corrosion review.
