Mirror stainless steel / Animal-form commissions
A playful silhouette.
A reflective presence.
A seated dog form combines upright ears, oversized glasses and a chain detail. The mirrored body reflects the workshop around it, while the warm-toned accessories bring contrast to the surface.
For a custom commission, review the pose, expression, target dimensions and setting together. These views show one workshop reference for a new project brief.
Read the expression
Begin with the form.
The front view shows the relationship between the ears, glasses, muzzle and seated pose. For a new design, agree these proportions before developing the structure and finish.
Provide the intended viewing distance and the space around the sculpture. The base footprint, visitor circulation and nearby furnishings help define a suitable scale.
One workshop reference
Consider every angle.
The angled views show the same dog with its glasses, chain and rectangular base. Review the side profile as carefully as the main face, especially when the sculpture will be approached from several directions.
Mirror appearance changes with the surrounding objects and lighting. Set the required finish against a sample and agreed viewing conditions.
Support and surface
Bring the details together.
The side view clarifies the ear profile, glasses and body depth. A project review should connect these visible details with internal support, fixing locations and safe handling points.
The reference base illustrates one presentation direction. Its final size, fixing arrangement and suitability for your floor require project-specific review.
Define the commission
Three decisions to begin.
- Form & scale
- Share the pose, expression, target dimensions, quantity and placement plan.
- Material & finish
- Specify the required mirror appearance and accessory colors. Stainless steel grade, thickness and finish criteria are confirmed for the environment and design.
- Base & access
- Provide the floor construction, available fixings, door and lift limits, and local installation requirements.
From brief to fabrication
Agree each stage.
- Define: Review the concept, dimensions, destination and target date.
- Develop: Confirm proportions, support, panel divisions and finish references.
- Fabricate: Plan forming, joining and polishing around the approved drawings.
- Inspect & pack: Review shape, joints, reflections, base interfaces and surface protection.
Quality review
Agree the visible seams, surface transitions, accessory appearance and reflection criteria before production. Review the finished form under the intended viewing conditions.
Packing & installation
Plan non-abrasive surface protection, support at suitable contact points and restraint inside the transport case. Confirm the access route and installation responsibilities before shipment.
Before commissioning
Project questions.
Can the pose, glasses or accessories change?
Send a drawing or marked-up reference. The form, accessory details and their attachment are reviewed as part of a new commission.
Can it be considered for an outdoor site?
Outdoor use requires a separate review of the material, drainage, finish, structure, fixing and local exposure.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Provide the concept, dimensions, quantity, finish reference, installation setting, destination and target date. Include any access limits and required review stages.
What do these images show?
The images are different views from one workshop recording of the same reflective dog sculpture. They show its appearance and base; material grade, dimensions and structural specifications are confirmed separately for a new project.
Start with your space
Share the setting.
Shape the brief.
Send your design or reference, target dimensions, site photographs, destination and required date for a custom project review.
