Fabrication and Quality Review

Packing and Installation
Mirror surfaces are protected with removable film, soft interlayers and shaped foam. The final dimensions, center of gravity, lifting points and installation access determine whether the sculpture uses a reinforced wooden case or transport frame.

Should the sculpture use 304 or 316 stainless steel?
The grade is selected from the actual site, exposure, maintenance and finish requirements. Coastal or aggressive outdoor conditions normally require a separate corrosion review.

We review forming accuracy, welding deformation, sanding stages, polishing direction, reflection continuity, scratches, dents and visible seams before packing.
